Adelaide's premier award winning boutique architectural and construction company, Glasshouse Projects, is looking for a part time Architect for a 12 month contract.  Working closely with the director on all elements of design and documentation, including construction administration, the role would suit an autonomous worker that has great communication skills and an appreciation for superior service. 

 What we are looking for: 

• Experience in designing and documenting residential architecture (3 years +)
• Thorough knowledge of the authorities approval process
• A solid understanding of the entire building process
• A self starter with great communications skills able to work in a small office environment
• Attention to detail and strong presentation skills
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work with clients, suppliers and trades 
• Vectorworks experience is preferred (a willingness to learn the software is essential)

 In return, we can offer a flexible and collaborative work environment with lots of hands on experience managing projects from design through to completion (exposure to the construction process). 

 The role is based in a small residential office in the Eastern Suburbs.  Salary is negotiable and will depend on experience.  Part time role (3-4 days) for a 12 months period, with possibility of extension.   (Full time may be considered for the right candidate)
