Pear Tree House

This design and build with Don and the team at Glasshouse Projects was pretty much seamless from beginning to end and the result better than we could have hoped for. We are really happy with the resolution of old house with new house. From the street frontage, it looks like a beautifully and sensitively renovated old sandstone villa that respects the other heritage houses in the street. From the rear, it is a gorgeous mid-century inspired pavilion. 

 It’s one thing to have great architecture, but for us mere mortals, it also needs to come with respect for, and the ability to interpret, your needs and vision, expert project management, quality builders and tradesmen, and a keen understanding that coming in on budget is very important not just "desirable”. Don and his team at Glasshouse Projects delivered all of this, with commitment and good cheer, despite the ridiculous external challenges COVID19 posed. You could not ask for more!
